Citizens for a Greener El Sobrante (C4AGES) is a local citizens’ group based in El Sobrante, California.  We advocate and partner with area businesses, residents, and government entities to green-up our streets and public spaces.  We seek to introduce low impact development such as rain gardens to enrich and revitalize El Sobrante while protecting our vital San Pablo Creek watershed.
